Many people in Santa Cruz and beyond spend much of the day on a computer. The result can be wrist, forearm, shoulder, and upper back pain. Similar to my recommendations for lower back exercises, the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety has excellent recommendations for preventative “desk stretches.” I also have several handouts at my chiropractic office on this topic.
